Performance

Spent most of the week on performance improvements. If that was an issue previously, do check out the game now since I managed to get quite considerable fps increases on my machine.

There's still quite a few places that I would like to optimize but they mostly relate to how vr items and hands are handled. This is something I want to delay as there's no point in optimizing for the current steamVR version since sooner or later I will be switching to UnityXR.

Valentines is coming up so I will be using the following 2 weeks on preparing an update for that. I don't want to promise anything since I had problems delivering/hitting deadlines previously but I will still try to finish something fun before the 14th.
