Weather update.

Main changes for this update are the improved weather system and a new dialogue event, among other things.

Sorry for late update again, had to deal with some legal stuff. I want to (eventually) release the game on Steam so I have started to learn about the process, which is taking a lot of time.

Let me know if any of the VR controllers don't work properly. The game is using the new unity input system (which should handle different controllers just fine) but some players have reported problems with their VR controllers not registering input.

I will work on an Oculus version (again) for the next update, but I can't promise anything.
