VR bugfixes

More bugfixes for this update, mainly for VR.

Fixed a bug with tutorial messages not showing up.

Fixed a bug with force pull not hitting the objects the player is pointing at.

Fixed a bug with the game not saving  vr settings.

Crouching is now done by pressing the joystick forward/back. You don't have to look up or down for it to work as previously.

+ some smaller fixes.

Next update will bring more bugfixes. The hunger mechanic was disabled as it didn't work properly so I'll be trying to fix it.
