Fishing zones

For this update I improved fishing controls and added new fishing zones, giving a bit more motivation for exploring the island.
I also improved the tutorial for vr controls and added a proper teleport functionality. This should make it a bit easier to understand how the game works. 

For next update I will work on character visuals and animations.
