Water upgrade

Main change for this update is the water. The old one caused obvious visual glitches at a distance, especially when looking down from a height. While there are still quite a lot of tweaks to be done with the new water system, I thing this is a good improvement.

Also a few new dialogue options and a few branches for the AI to follow. 

For next update I plan to overhaul the fishing system so that it's finally playable. Current version has horrible and confusing controls and simply isn't fun to play so I will try to fix that.
