UI improvements

Manly UI updates for this week, moving towards a uniform look and feel for it, as well as fixing bugs. Also some AI updates but most of it is under the hood so there won't be any apparent changes in behaviour (for now). This AI update will help it scale since right now anything bigger than the current system turns into a mess and its difficult to add something without breaking something else.

For next week I plan to try out the full AI system with new animations, interactions and dialogue.
