Day/night cycle

For this week I added a day/night cycle. Right now its just that without any action changes or new dialogue. I will be adding that next week.

Let me know if there are performance problems. While those clouds look great they also weight heavy on the system and I might need to tone them down a bit for it to work properly for people with slower computers.
